Functional medicine changed my life, and I wanted to bring that same level of care to the people walking through our gym doors every day, asking for help.
I’m not a doctor. I’m a patient, a business owner, a mom, and someone who’s been where they are, trying to perform at a high level while feeling like something’s broken under the surface.

Do you take insurance?
No. SHIFT is a private-pay clinic and does not accept insurance.
This lets us focus on the testing and care we believe will help you most instead of letting an insurance plan decide what can be done.
My doctor said my bloodwork is normal. Can SHIFT still help?
Yes. “Normal” does not always mean you are at your best.
We look deeper at your bloodwork, symptoms, goals, and how you feel day to day. Our goal is to find areas that may be holding you back and build a plan around you.
What happens after I book?
You start with a quick call so we can learn about your goals and make sure SHIFT is a good fit.
If you move forward, we order your bloodwork. Once we get your results, we review them with you and build a plan based on what your body needs.

Will you just put me on hormones or weight loss medicine?
No.
Your plan is based on your bloodwork, symptoms, and goals. That may include TRT, GLP-1s, peptides, hormones, supplements, or other options.
We do not start with a drug. We start with your data.

After that, your cost depends on the plan you need. We review your options with you before you start anything.
